Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:
Book with evident signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified number of days.
Reimbursements overdue or not received
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the reimbursement is posted.
Items on offer
Only regular priced items will be reimbursed. Offered items are non-refundable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to themselves for delivery to you later, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will know about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
